In the year of our Lord twenty twenty-six, I had the distinct honor of transacting with Gary Thompson, a most exemplary and diligent gentleman in the employ of S&L Motors in Pulaski. He conducted the business of assisting the acquisition of my new steed (Ram 1500) with unparalleled skill, boundless patience, and a steadfast devotion to securing the most favorable terms imaginable. His vast knowledge of such matters proved invaluable, and his courteous manner was a credit to his profession. Any gentleman or lady seeking conveyance would do well to avail themselves of Mr. Thompson’s superior services. I commend him most heartily.

Earlier this year, I was experiencing car troubles and was in the market for a new vehicle. There was no question that I would check out S&L first. Their website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found several cars I was interested in test driving. When I arrived, I was greeted with nothing but smiles from the sales team. That’s when I met Gary—he is awesome! Within minutes, he had me test driving the exact car I had been looking at online. He made the entire car-buying process feel easy and stress-free. The sales and finance departments were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a few issues (typical with buying a used car, I know). I reached out to Gary right away, and he immediately pointed me in the right direction. He even followed up a few days later to check in, which really showed how much he cares about his customers. While I had a great overall experience, I did run into some difficulty connecting with the service department. I left multiple voicemails at different times and never receive a response, which was a bit frustrating. However, based on my experience with the rest of the team, I'll definitely be back! Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent service from the sales and finance teams—especially Gary!

I was very pleased on the day I purchased my vehicle, but since have learned that S&L used my identity to create a "RAM Connect", on my behalf, using the information I provided on my title application, despite my refusing to do it myself while at the dealer. They also placed a hard inquiry on my credit, despite already having pre-approval from Covantage Credit Union when I went to purchase the vehicle. In both cases, I had specific conversations with the sales rep about not agreeing to connected services and in great detail about having pre approval and not running my credit again. The sales rep lied directly to my face about both topics.

S&L Motors is a fantastic car dealership to work with, we went in for a specific vehicle, a Chrysler Pacifica. We met Damon the sales person. He walked us through the vehicle, we took it for a test drive, we talked about things we wanted fixed on the vehicle before we would buy it. We then met Chad the service rep, great guy, my wife and he talked about what she wanted fixed, It was the 100,000 mile benchmarks. Chad agreed to complete those benchmarks. After a little negotiating we settled on a price. I believe everyone came out on top, we also met the finance operator Drew, he was very friendly and walked us through some options for financing, we ended up paying cash for the vehicle. They made the process very easy. Hopefully we will be picking it up sometime in the up coming week. The vehicle was extremely clean. The Car seemed to be well taken care of, can't wait to pick up our new Chrysler Pacifica. I would absolutely go back to S&L motors and buy another vehicle from them.they made it extremely enjoyable and fun!!!

I had a vehicle with a missing blade for the key fab. I contacted S&L searching for a replacement. Ryan in parts was able to assist and offer me a couple of options. I arrived unannounced and he was able to find the part and cut the key in a few minutes. I was satisfied with his service and the respect for my time!
