Always wanted a truck ever since I could drive. Now I finally got the truck and loving the utility. I have owned utility vehicles but nothing beats a truck to do “trucky” things. She kept me informed and explained the repair process and what repair was needed in easy to understand terms, the repair was done timely and with care for my truck. From the beginning to the end, my experience was excellent. It was so easy to schedule my appointment with a Human. She was courteous and extremely nice. My service manager was the best. He was extremely courteous, professional, and nice. Very pleasant to talk with. He told me what they were going to do and called me to go over what was done. The cost were extremely reasonable. The system they use is very efficient. I understood my service my bill and was able to pay online. When I picked up my vehicle, it was seamless although my service manager wasn’t at his desk. someone else helped me without hesitation. Ultimately the service manager came out and greeted at me. It was extremely pleasant and professional experience.
