Before visiting Safford Ram, I had stopped at five other dealerships while shopping for a new truck. At each location, I made it clear that I was a serious buyer, had my own financing in place, and expected straightforward, transparent pricing. Unfortunately, several dealerships failed to listen to those simple requests. In two cases, I even spoke directly with sales managers about the experience before leaving without signing any paperwork. Stephen Kusterbeck at Safford Ram was the first salesperson who truly listened, and that alone earned my business. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features and technical specifications, answered every question confidently, and even shared information I had not previously considered. Because of Stephen’s professional, no-pressure approach, I became more flexible on my trade-in value and ultimately purchased an extended warranty as well. I would gladly work with Stephen again and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. It is worth noting that I drove past two other Ram dealerships and traveled nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home to do business with Safford Ram. That decision was validated by the outstanding service I received. Stephen represented both himself and Safford Ram with professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. If Safford also sells Lincoln vehicles, they have already earned our future business. Upon my wife's return from deployment in the summer of 2027, we plan to purchase a Lincoln and will gladly return to Safford based on this experience. Excellent staff that was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. Was not pushy, rude, and annoying like many other dealerships. Go see salesman, Shawn, and the rest of the staff here to get into the vehicle you want. We originally came to get a 2023 Challenger and ended up leaving with a 2026 Wagoneer also! Wouldn't have happened had the staff not been top notch!

Giving 4 stars because nobody reads 5. I was shocked by the level of service at this dealership. Called Fri night at 5pm, said I needed a battery replacement for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and could they do it on Sat. John, the service advisor, said sure, bring it in. Showed up at 8:15 am Sat, was out by 9:45 - and they did the job correctly. Been dealing with dealerships for all kinds of cars (many high-end) for 40 + years: these folks are exceptional.

Highly recommended! This is my 3rd vehicle purchase at Safford and 2nd at their Warrenton location. My recent Ram 1500 truck purchase was the best experience, yet. After comparisons with other dealers, Safford of Warrenton, again, had the most inventory and best prices. The drive to this dealership was worth it! Shout out to Stephen! He wasn’t overly pushy, was great to talk to and overall made the buying experience fun! He tried to help keep my son occupied while at the dealership while the papers were being signed! The other sales people were warm and welcoming always sparking a conversation which was awesome.
