We had a very good experience here. The team was responsive before we came in, and their messaging system made it easy to ask questions ahead of time. Once we arrived, we were able to see the cars we were interested in and do test drives without feeling rushed. Eddie, our sales guy, was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Michella was also very sweet and super responsive, she texted with us even after hours and later in the evening, which we really appreciated. Juno in finance took the time to explain the details clearly and did not pressure us into extra packages. Kevin, the general manager, was also very involved and made it clear that customer experience matters to them. They also did a fun demonstration of the coating they offer, including a spray-paint test and easy cleanup afterward. Whether or not you choose any add-ons, I appreciated that they took the time to show and explain things instead of just rushing through the process. They were informative without being aggressive or pushy, which is not always the case. The waiting area has free WiFi, a TV, bottled water and a coffee machine with espresso and tea. There is also a vending machine, but no free snacks. They mention that renovations are coming soon, and there is a Target right across the road if you need anything while waiting. Overall, this was a friendly and professional dealership experience. We came in on a Sunday, and they stayed with us until we made a decision and left with a new car.
