Joshua, salesperson, awesome, communicated with me for several days vis messaging on a truck I saw online, on Calentines day we had arranged to go see the truck, I was a few hours late arriving he was extremely courteous, attentive and helpful. We made a decisions and wanted the truck and everything went thru very quickly, we were done in a couple hours, the only delay we had and it was not negative is it to detail the truck and (very important) they filled up the truck with gas. Very happy all around, best dealership experience we have ever had and we have bought cars from another dodge dealership here in Las Vegas before .

Instead, Tyler personally reached out, took ownership of the situation immediately, and resolved everything with professionalism and integrity. He reviewed my concerns, acknowledged the miscommunication, and issued a full $1,900 reimbursement without hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care is rare, and it restored my confidence in this dealership completely. Because of Tyler’s actions, I left feeling valued, respected, and treated fairly.
