I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but these guys absolutely earned one. My truck ended up needing major work, and the whole process could have easily turned into a nightmare. Instead, the team at Pinkerton Chevrolet went above and beyond to help me out. Ramsey, the Service Manager, worked with me to get everything done on a rushed schedule, which I appreciated. Austin, my Service Advisor, was outstanding from start to finish. He stayed on top of everything, kept me updated, answered my calls and questions, and genuinely looked out for me throughout the entire process. That’s hard to find these days. Can’t say enough good things about Austin! A huge thank you to James, the technician who did the work. He put in the time to get the job done right, and my truck is back on the road because of it. There were plenty of things throughout this repair that could have gone sideways, but the dealership team did everything they could to make things easier on me. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find, and these guys reminded me what it looks like when people actually care about helping their customers. Thanks again to Ramsey, Austin, James, and the rest of the team. I truly appreciate everything you did for me. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Pinkerton for over 30 years for service and I have no Complaints. They’ve always took care of me One time they did make a mistake but took care of it 100%. Very nice to work with very knowledgeable. And keep you informed

I bought a Used 2017 Chevrolet Traverse from them on February 18 2026. 3 weeks into owning the car it started having issues. I was taking my son home from school March 11 2026. All at once the car started shuttering, no power, Service Stabilitrak flashed on the dash, Service Traction Control flashed, the temp guage quit working. I drove it to Pinkerton instantly to find out what was going on. They had the car for 4 days they told me it needed new pig tails for a wiring harness for the engine cooling system. It wouldn't be covered under the extended warranty due to the warranty only covering drivetrain. All good i get it. I paid $513 for parts and labor. I picked the car up on March 17 2026. I drove the car for approximately 3 hrs. With my kids in the car. I start to pull into my driveway the engine started idling high it was stuck @ 4000rpm. I parked in my driveway popped the hood and the car burst into flames. Completely burned in my driveway. Im glad it happened in my driveway and not on the road with my 4 kids inside. The car is a total loss. Im stuck without a vehicle now. Ramsey the service manager has had nothing but excuses as to why I can't get a loaner car or even try to help me in the slightest. He told me today March 19th 2026 he'd have a loaner car by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day and spoke to Ramsey about the loaner car he could get. He told me that he cant find one that I'll have to rent one. While im waiting on both partys insurance could figure this out. Everything has been excuses. This dealership is very inconsiderate of people and their families. These past few days have been a nightmare to say the least. Im very disappointed as to how they handle business. Very sad.
