If safety for your family is a concern, then this isn't the dealership to trust with your families lives. I purchased a Wagoneer with all the bells and whistles. At point of sale, you hear all these promises about the care you will recieve. But once the sales are done, they treat you horribly. My Wagoneer has had multiple recalls. The last time I brought it in for a recall. They also balanced and rotated my tires. When I recieved the vehicle back, there was a huge gash on one of my wheels. Photos included. I purchased a top tier tire and wheel package through their dealership, which also came with promises. I pay absolutely top dollar for this vehicle, and I expect top tier service. This dealerships allowed my wife and kids to drive off the lot with a tire that could pop at any second. Any "professional" mechanic, doing a tire rotation and balancing should notice the gash on the tire. I then called and informed them via AI assistant the problem we had. Its been several days and noone has called to apologize, or to show urgency on fixing the issue. My family and I are now stuck, I was extremely clear with everyone that protecting my family is my #1 concern. The reason for my purchase of such an expensive vehicle, was because of the safety features associated with the vehicle along with the promises made by the dealership. I wouldn't want another family to suffer due to lack of professionalism. Please be careful. I will continue to update my progress with future reviews.

Loved my experience with Henry and MJ. They made the process super easy and fast! I highly recommend them when buying from Salerno Duane! I was able to go from a Lexus NX300 to a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and again, the process was super smooth and quick! Sasha actually took the time to walk me through a full price breakdown over the phone. I spoke with three other dealers before this, and all of them refused to give real numbers — instead they kept pushing “when can you come in?” or “is 4pm today okay?” without answering basic pricing questions. Boris was different. He respected my time, answered my questions honestly, and fought to get me a good deal rather than playing games. That level of effort and professionalism made the decision easy. I had a pleasant experience with Salernos service! I worked directly with Jaylen who was extremely responsive when I had questions - without even asking, he provided me with updates along the way in regards to the status of them receiving parts and the status of the work being done to my car. Although pricing was higher than I was expecting, they do provide a top notch service and do install the best quality (OEM) parts. They did want to change out the main battery but after telling them I replaced it recently, they were able to recharge it and reuse it. I’m confident in driving my car after their service.
