The dealership earns high marks from long-term customers for vehicle quality, sales staff helpfulness, and integrity, with several reviewers praising specific salespeople by name. However, experiences vary significantly in the service department, where some customers have encountered billing discrepancies and inflexible weekend policies that fell short of expectations.

I have trusted Bill Crispin Chevrolet in Saline, Michigan, for a little overover 25 years and every one of my new Chevy leased vehicles have been great experiences. The 2018 Chevy Trax I leased at first, I am now buying and that was also a great customer purchase experience. As for me, I trust Bill Crispin Chevrolet for their integrity, service and customer satisfaction.

It's a delight working with Patrick. He helped me work out a trade with another dealership so that I could have the specific model car I wanted, which they had but you didn't. And the car is great so far -- after 1 day... :)

First off, I'll say this would be lower, but our Sales rep Mike and the manager did help resolve my issues. However as with all dealerships you need to pay close attention and do your due diligence. I have yet to find a good dealer. Here's what happened. We bought our 2016 Tahoe used last year. Reviewing the provided car fax, it had been on the lot for about 1 months prior. Go to take for a test drive, dead battery.... I notice the oil change sticker from when they took in the vehicle and it even noted a weak battery.... (this is something they should have changed before trying to sell the vehicle) no problem though as they took care and replaced the battery. However now Im looking over the car fax very carefully, said they replaced wipers and serpentine belt as well. I can assure that neither of those were changed.... they pushed back, but visibly the wipers and belt were not brand new. Next big issue, that a lot of dealers are scamming thousands of people on..... on my final breakdown of the sale, it lists wheel locks for a couple hundred dollar charge. This is where you need to be on it. I reviewed everything very closely at this point, the car Fax actually listed wheel locks added back when this Tahoe was bought new in 2016! And again if you looked at the vehicle itself, the wheel locks are not brand new. I bring it up to the manager who is heavily involved at this point. He apologized and admitted that this is added AUTOMATICALLY to all vehicles on their lot! They took it off for me. But how may people have paid for wheel locks that they never even added or replaced!?!?!?!!? All this to say, be careful when buying a car from a dealer. Pay attention, read all the details, bring someone who knows how to navigate these things and most importantly, dont be afraid to speak up. They did take care of all my issues and the Tahoe has been a good vehicle for us, which is why they still get 3 stars.

I purchased Ally wheel and tire coverage when I bought my new vehicle from Saline Chevrolet. The very first time I needed to use it — for a simple flat tire caused by a nail — I called the service department to have it repaired under the policy. This should have been the easiest possible use of the coverage. Instead, I was told (with a less-than-pleasant attitude) that because it was the weekend, I would have to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement from Ally myself. My only other option? Drop the vehicle off and they could “try” to get approval on Monday and “let me know what they say.” We’re talking about a basic tire patch here — not a major repair. I even politely asked if they could just repair it and handle the paperwork with Ally on Monday so I could be back on the road quickly. That request was declined. So instead, I drove to Discount Tire. They fixed my flat at no charge — immediately. While I was there, I ordered $700 worth of new tires. That business would have gone to Saline Chevrolet if they had been willing to simply take care of a customer on a Saturday morning. Poor flexibility, poor customer service, and a disappointing first experience using a product they sold me. It was better when it was Crispin. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Saline Chevrolet’s service department based on this experience.

I was looking for a 2025 GMC Terrain and noticed a great option at the Saline Chevy dealer. I was a little nervous with this location being 2 1/2 hours away from me, but I was lucky enough to get linked with Patrick Bonney. His communication is top tier, beyond friendly and made the long distance experience pleasant. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by multiple people, all very welcoming and warm. But Patrick was the cherry on the cake! Walked me through the setup process and made sure I left happy with my decision. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase and I wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t feel comfortable. Thank you so much Patrick and Team! Great experience overall.
