When a deer destroyed our f-150 we went to Salmon River motors thinking of buying locally. I'm glad we did the entire staff was great. Our salesperson AJ was very attentive listening to what our needs and price range were and showing us vehicles accordingly. He was a pleasure to work with walking us through the entire process as though we were the only customers on the lot. I would go back if i needed another car and ask for AJ

This place offered only 17k for my trade-in and when I told them I had received a much higher appraisal from another dealer, I was told to take that deal. So, I kept looking and followed their advice to go elsewhere. I'm so glad I did!! I located a third dealer that ended up giving me a $23,500 appraisal for my vehicle. That was well $6,000 more than this place. I bought a Rubicon JLU at a fantastic price from that third dealership - who didn't lowball me! I'll never contact this place again and I'm gonna avoid this place like the plague.

Would give them zero if I could. Our truck broke down and we had it towed here. They did a terrible job of diagnosing issues and after a lot of trouble we ended up taking it to another mechanic. The other mechanic was able to dive deeper and find the real issues. They quoted us X5 what a private mechanic quoted. When we had it towed to another place they were very short and frankly unprofessional.

These lovely folks saved my day! Back in Jan 2023, my car broke down on my return trip back to Canada. I was travelling with a friend who had a truck, so we called them up after hours (on football sunday no less!) and they rented us a car dolly. They took time out of their day off to help us and I'll be forever grateful! 12 hours later I was back home in Canada safe and sound. You saved me a lot of time and money! If I'm ever in Salmon again, drinks are on me!

Awesome, low/no pressure purchase experience from "Salmon River Motors Inc" They had a used Mustang the specific year, color and options I was looking for. I called and talked to Tyler and a few weeks later the car was my new garage toy/weekend fun car. The communication was excellent and made the whole long distance sight unseen purchase pretty effortless. Tyler answered all my questions, sent specific photos and was honest about mechanical maintenance that might need be addressed in the near future. The car is an 05 so I wasn't expecting perfection, but I did request (and was provided) the mechanics findings from the pre-sale inspection findings, which have also been verified by my mechanic. No unwanted surprises the car was exactly as represented. Bottom line, it was a hassle free and enjoyable purchase.
