I had a great experience working with this team. They were very accommodating and helped me locate the exact Dodge Charger I was looking for. In particular, Ashley was fantastic! She listened to me and never tried to pressure me to buy. She understood my concerns and my need to do research on a new vehicle that is new to market and helped by researching some of my concerns as well. We worked together over the course of a month to resolve all questions and locate the vehicle I wanted with 100% of what I was looking for. This was among the best buying experiences I have ever had! Don't know how many people had my experience. but my work truck was seen 4 times and its still a disaster. technician forgot to put slide bolts back into the caliper and completely messed up my truck, and they wouldn't even re-align the car after the damage they caused and the truck is just a mess because of them. will never go back or buy a car that they clearly cant service from this place. The manager and front desk rep was really nice and communicated, its the mechanics that are clearly the issue here.
