I started shopping for my Grand Highlander last fall. Eric spent a great deal of time trying to find me a late model used vehicle. When one could not be found, he then spent a great deal of time helping me select just the right new model. He explained all the features and then all of the options available. They clearly listed the price of the vehicle, the value of my trade-in, what I still owed on my trade, TT&L, and the final out-the-door price. That level of transparency was fantastic. As a 53-year-old who has bought many vehicles over the years, I usually walk into a dealership ready for a fight. That wasn’t the case here.
