Bought a New Ford Bronco Sport. Amber Jones was AMAZING!! She was down to earth, real, and didn't feel at all like she was trying to get me into ANYTHING I couldn't handle. She helped me the whole process through and even took my phone a few times and did stuff for me lol. Sams son Did the financial part. SAME! He was down to earth and didn't try and screw me over. Both very funny and down to earth. Got me a really decent APR for my credit, there we're NO hidden fees or B.S., the price online was the OUT THE DOOR price like it should be! The overall experience was pretty great!! I left in a new vehicle with Decent APR and monthly payments and didn't feel at all like i was getting screwed in ANYWAY! The whole process and fees were pretty cut and dry and honest! Thank you guys so much!!! Definitely get a A+!!

They say attitude reflects leadership. Our purchase with Sam Wampler’s Freedom Ford was about a 4 month process. They stuck with us and were patient while we had to work to get to the right time for the purchase. There is no such a thing as a “perfect” purchase experience. As someone who sold cars for 20+ years, I’ve seen a LOT of different situations. When the owner of a dealership is willing to personally get involved to make sure a customer is happy, it speaks volumes. The sales staff is genuine, tough at negotiating yet fair and most importantly good people. Thank you very much Amber Jones, Leslie the sales manager, Gage in finance and Mr. Wampler for working hard for us. We are very happy and feel we got a great vehicle at a fair price. On top of that, Matt got our interest rate 4% lower than other dealers & got us exactly where we needed to be on all of our numbers-even with GAP & an extended warranty added.
