He was extremely helpful, listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and made sure my needs were met throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Because of the excellent experience I had working with Jeanno, I will gladly refer my friends and family to him whenever they are looking for a vehicle. I was ready to trade in my old vehicle with low mileage. I had bought it used from Boggus Ford Harlingen in the past. I asked how much my trade would be and they offered me $7000. My old car was almost ten years old and in good shape. I decided to look around at other dealers with Ford Bronco’s, I wanted a certain color, another ford dealership in San Benito offered me $2000 for my trade and no other rebates. Safe to say I went back to Sames and waited for the color / vehicle to arrive. I was still given my trade value AND ford rebates. Thank you to Lefty M. for helping me get the vehicle I wanted!
