Very happy about the car rental. It feels like a family run business. Friendly staff, owner picked me up for a truck rental. The truck was inexpensive and in reasonable shape but I couldn't find the cruise control..it might not have had one.

I brought my vehicle to Sander Motors for a misfire issue. They charged me $169 for a diagnosis and told me I needed a new camshaft, quoting me $2,580.25 + tax for the repair. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. Another mechanic found the real issue — a faulty ignition coil, which cost a fraction of the price and fixed the misfire completely. I went back to Sander Motors to ask for a refund on the incorrect diagnostic, but they refused, saying they had “worked on it.” In reality, they misdiagnosed the issue and tried to charge me for a major repair I didn’t need. I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience. A misdiagnosis that could’ve cost me over $2,500 is a serious concern. If you're going here, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before committing to any major repair.

My elderly parents brought their 2017 Dodge Ram which was purchased here for service to get the power door locks fixed. The truck was 2 years old at the time and still under warranty. The doors were locking on their own. An employee worked on the truck for over an hour trying to get the locks fixed. He was not successful with the repair. My parents had to sit outside on lawn chairs during this time as it was during Covid 19. Sanders still charged my parents $156 when the locks weren't even fixed. I would not recommend Sanders for sales or service.

Recently purchased my Dodge Ram from Sander Motors...What a great experience. Ray was excellent to deal with, no pressure whatsoever...which is a very uncommon trait among Sales persons when looking for a vehicle. Highly recommend trying Sander Motors when vehicle-shopping.
