My wife and I stopped in while visiting from Canada, simply to take a look at vehicles—we were upfront that we had no intention of purchasing during our trip. That said, we were genuinely interested in the Lincoln Nautilus. From the moment we met Hectare, the experience was exceptional. Even knowing we weren’t buying, he never once changed his approach or level of care. He treated us with complete professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. What stood out most was how valued we felt as customers, despite not being there to purchase. I had the most incredible car buying experience at the Lincoln Boutique! From start to finish, Wilbert and the sales manager, Jim, went above and beyond to make everything special. They were kind, attentive, and truly cared about making the process smooth and memorable. Even when a small technical mishap occurred (which wasn’t their fault at all), they went out of their way to make it right — surprising me with flowers and the sweetest gestures. They even placed a bow on my new car, which absolutely melted me. I cried happy tears more than once throughout this process because of how thoughtful and genuine they were. Buying a car can be stressful, but with Wilbert and Jim, it was nothing short of amazing. I’m so grateful for them both, and I cannot recommend Lincoln Boutique enough.
