Sandy’s operates as a wonderful mom and pop family owned RV repair shop that treats their customers like actual human beings. I’ve never sat in a car establishment like this where the owners, Sean and Marion, interact with you as if you were family. They don’t sell you product just to sell you. They stand behind every product on their shelves. Everything that they do is full of love and care. They go above and beyond for their customers, as they did for me. Sean answered all my RV 101 questions with such grace. Marion took care of me and she even gave me the best food recs in town. Truly, if I came back to Arizona, I’d make a stop to say hello to my fave Arizonans!

Every time we go to Sandy’s, we get more than just a part. Our first time owning an older motorhome. Love the vast information and parts this place carries.

The older balding staff member has a huge learning curve. He seemed confused about parts and went into their catalog(s) and started looking for a different part I didn't ask for. He was also having an issue with processing a card purchase, and said it's common. It seemed like he was suggesting cash is better. Someone needs to train this person better. Yet another individual came up, and randomly stated their prices were going up in the future. I am not sure why, but maybe it was his attempt at some dry sense of humor.

Sean and the staff were patient explaining everything. I really appreciate their honesty and taking care of what was necessary. I wish they were closer to where I live because the service and communication was excellent.

I like to shop here even though I live 50 miles from this place. They have a good selection and will try to find the part you need if they don't have it in stock. Very friendly employees. Always there to help.
