Wayne was just amazing. From the time I called all the way through completing my purchase. I called and was transparent about my challenged credit and they were able to work a deal with little to no issues. I went to 5 dealers and they were the only dealership to even meet me test drive a car. Other dealers struggled to work a deal but they made it work. Would definitely recommend for anyone even us with challenged credit. The whole process was an amazing experience.

On our way from South Dakota to Florida, truck went into limp mode (24 Silverado 3500). Stopped at a Chevy dealer, they said it would be Monday before they could check it out ( today was Thursday). So we limped to Sandy Sansing, manager John came right out to the truck and put it on the code reader. He tried to reset the fault but was unable to, he said he could have his technician look at it Friday when he came in. He suggested a few RV sites near by. We found a spot at the Last Resort and took the truck back. They got us an Uber to Hertz and the GM rental price. Josh is truly a miracle worker, he was able to find, fix and change the oil. All before 5 on Friday. Saturday morning we are back on the road. They were very friendly and honest, kept us in the loop and gave us all the options. I would highly recommend!!

I have to admit, I was unsure what my service experience was going to be at this dealer after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Towing a fifth wheel RV fulltime means finding a trusted mechanic can be tough. I was having problems with the abs system on the truck, lights on the dash and such. Had limited time to get it repaired. Dropped truck off December 23rd for repairs hoping to have it back the same day. Spoke to service tech morning of the 24th and she said they hope to have it done by noon as they close at 12pm for Christmas Eve. Contacted them around 11:30am and the truck was still not ready BUT, the service tech and mechanic were gonna stay after closing to finish the truck! They sent an Uber to pick us up at 1pm and we had our truck back by 1:30. My hat goes off to them for going the extra mile for making good on their promise to have our truck back before Christmas. It's nice to see a dealership really try do do right by it's customers!

I had gone in to see how to handle a recall and ended up with a car 10 times better than what I had. Carter was the absolute best and helped guide me in the right direction, explaining everything along the way. I HIGHLY recommend him as your go too guy to find the best car, you won't regret it!

While vacationing in Orange Beach an engine light came on in our vehicle indicating that the transmission needed to be serviced immediately. We went to the local Chevrolet dealership for assistance. Mark Bensinger did a great job! He and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem. In detail, Mark accurately explained our options to include the process to make repairs, provided estimated cost of about $900, repair timeline and offered assistance in getting us transportation during the wait. The repairs actually took less time than he estimated. Overall, Mark made a bad situation as painless as possible. Based on our experience with Mark and the other staff, we would highly recommend Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Foley, AL.
