I reached out to Danny Mitchell over at the Milton Sandy Sansing Chevrolet Dealership and let him know I wanted to get out of my Super Duty and back into a 2500. Within an hour I got the dealership and he was waiting for me with a couple sets of keys. We started going for test drives. He never once pressured me and was extremely knowledgeable about all the new features and differences within the model line up for the 2500’s. I ended up deciding on a 2026 Chevy 2500HD LTZ Trail Boss with the Duramax. They unfortunately didn’t have the color I wanted at their location. He told me no worries I’ll have one here for you first thing tomorrow morning. So with that we went ahead and got the paperwork going. Mind you I got there an hour before closing. He didn’t care, he was willing to stay as late as needed to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. He then brought over their Sales Manager Gator and their Finance Manager Cain. They were so polite and respectful towards my family and I. I tried to tell them I can come back in the morning so they didn’t have to stay late. At this point it was 30 minutes past closing. They assured me it wasn’t a problem and they were more than happy to stay and get everything done. Within the next 30-45 minutes we had the contract signed and all paperwork completed. I thanked them for staying after hours and I truly felt like they cared. The following morning I got a call at 8:30 am letting me know they were on their way to get my new truck from there Foley location. By lunch time I was at the dealership picking it up fresh from a detail. I encourage anyone looking to purchase a new Chevrolet to go see Danny, Gator, and Cain. The most down to earth guys you will ever come across, especially at a car dealership. Thanks again you guys. You earned a customer for life.

I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Nathan, Craig, and the rest of the staff were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, and listened when I told them what I did and did not want in a vehicle. The process was was seamless and I would tell everyone to at least go talk to these men before going anywhere else.
