We don’t live in the area so I send text messages when I have questions. He is very responsive. I send all the info in what I am looking for. And he delivers. Sending pictures and all vehicle details so I can make an informed purchase decision. Then once I get there he is ready and we sort the details for the best deal. I get the best deals with SANGERA. We are very happy with our recent purchase!!

Did all negotiations through texting. Very enjoyable process. Once at dealer, met my salesperson (Leo) and had me sign a couple of docs and into finance I went. The only negative thing I can think of is how long it took to get into finance. But that seems to be the norm at every dealership( except CarMax. That was the fastest).
