I had an amazing experience working with Maria when purchasing my Jeep Wrangler. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. She took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Maria really knows her stuff and made sure I was comfortable with every step, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork. I couldn’t be happier with my Jeep Wrangler, and I highly recommend asking for Maria if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My 2024 Ram Final Edition TRX Was in their possession for warranty repairs (transmission, rear axle, and rear differential) for over two months, and during that time it was stolen from their lot. The main issues I experienced were: I was not properly informed about what was happening with my vehicle. I was not provided a loaner vehicle. I was kept waiting and given the runaround for more than two months at the beginning of this process(including warranty repair). Even after the theft, communication from management and ownership has been inconsistent, and I was given information that later proved to be inaccurate. Instead of clear accountability and a timely resolution, the process has felt drawn out and frustrating. When you leave a $140,000 vehicle with a dealership, you expect it to be secure and for communication to be honest and straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation has been handled.

Just made a purchase yesterday with Thomas A. Everyone knows how sales people can be. But Thomas was not that. Not pushy. No pressure. Very personable in fact. The purchase was nice and easy. It’s the kind of experience you would expect when making such a large purchase. Update: Fast forward to three months later and my car needs a new transmission. $8,000+. Dealership said they can do nothing for me. The blackbox in the car says the car had transmission problems since before I purchased it. Definitely will not be buying from here again.

I recently leased a 2026 Dodge Durango from Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Overall, the experience was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially when it comes to communication. A more streamlined process across all departments would have made things feel more cohesive and less disconnected. That said, everyone I interacted with was courteous and polite. However, unless I initiated conversation, there wasn’t much proactive engagement, which made the experience feel a bit transactional at times. I do want to highlight Jeam, who took the time to walk us through the differences between the 2026 Durango models. He was warm, personable, and shared a few personal anecdotes that made the experience more enjoyable—he’s truly a standout. One area that could have been better was the vehicle’s condition upon delivery. I was told the car was already clean since it was a showroom model, but it didn’t quite meet that expectation. All in all, it was an okay experience—some strong customer service moments, but also a few areas that could be improved.
