Sansone Hyundai

I went in for an oil change, and for some reason my tires were removed. I say they were stolen. I had four Nexus Tires and I left with three and a beat up Blackhawk tire. Never heard of the brand. I also think the manager, the stout Latina woman, the little short guy and the person who signed me in was in on it. They put over sixty miles on my car on a dirt road. They stole my tires and lied to my face . He took pictures of my car I guess they sent them to the person who bought my good tires. Thanks Isaiah!!! Not my tires!!!!

Joe Stanzione is a wonderful sales person. Super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our complete happiness for the purchase of our new car. We are already planning to call him when the lease is up on our other car. Great experience.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and advisor I encountered. My wife dropped off our car for a simple oil change at 7:00 am, but we didn't receive any updates. After multiple calls, we were informed that they were waiting for the car to be ready. No one bothered to call or follow up. It wasn't until 8 hours later that we received a text stating the car was ready. However, when my wife arrived, she had to wait from 4 pm to 5 pm because the paperwork wasn't ready, and they couldn't find the key. To make matters worse, the advisor, Greg, was rude and made excuses without showing any courtesy. My wife had to leave without the paperwork and car keys because she needed to pick up our son. This experience was highly disappointing. I understand technical issues with regard to paperwork but there should be a better way of handling the matter without further delays with a proper explanation and follow up of the phone calls. If we would have been notified about the delay ahead of time then we could have made some arrangements. I still have one more complementary service left with them and I am thinking not to go there and get it done at a local mechanic.

Recently I purchased my first car from this location. The staff treated us extremely well here. During the purchase, we felt that a level of trust, respect, and mutual understanding was built through the decision making process. We are grateful for our sales consultant Manny, and managers Eric and Terry, for their support. From this team, I feel confident in my purchase and left feeling over-joyed. I recommend this team and location to future buyers!
