I had an outstanding experience working with Sherif and Gavin. I've had my previous car for several years, so making the decision to purchase a new vehicle was a big step for me. From the moment I arrived, they made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Sherif and Gavin were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. I never felt pressured, and their professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference. Stephen Galayda is the coolest sales rep!! After shopping for an infiniti Q50 for about 3 months I almost gave up and was looking at other options. UNTIL I came across Sansone Jr’s. Stephen was nice and courteous the entire time and finally helped me get the car I wanted, while remaining in my budget. I am especially grateful for the support I received when they learned I was a Veteran. It is not very common in NJ to find Pro-Military establishments but they worked with me to get a great deal! I’ve been on over 6 test drives in my pursuit to find a car, and Stephen was by farr the most fun I had, he answered every question, and let me get a realistic feel of all the different driving modes. From Sales to Finance, and the gentlemen who did my Detailing before driving off the lot, thank you very much, God Bless and hope you have a great year in 2026!

After a great buying experience in December with Gavin Gatta, our still new Kia Telluride had an unexpected flat tire. My wife was on her way to watch our grand kids so we switched cars and I called Gavin. He reminded me about the new car tire coverage plan and I brought the car right over for the repair that day. Despite a busy schedule of repairs in the shop, Janis kept me informed as my Kia moved through the queue. Janis’ support was continuous and while I waited, I browsed some new Nissans and even took a test ride. Got the Kia back with a new tire after a pleasant experience. Kudos to the team at Sansone!

I went into Sansone Jr’s with zero expectations. I just knew i wanted something used and cheap. From the moment my dad and i walked in, a salesperson who was already working with someone else, made sure we got attended to. The ambience immediately felt friendly and professional. Then we met Stephen who was very excited to help us. I told him what i wanted and he disagreed. After he learned that i travel a good amount for work, he realized i needed something safe and reliable which made my dad happy because he had been trying to convince me of that as well. The first car he showed me felt too fancy for me, which is when Randy stepped in noticing i was a bit nervous due to being overwhelmed. They both made me realize quickly that i was deserving of a nice car. Jokingly, i mentioned preferring a lime green car over one with red leather seats. Well lo and behold i was taken to see the most beautiful car I’ve ever laid eyes on— a 2026 Nissan Kicks, super black with custom like green seats. It was love at first sight. After that, we we were all on board and the process was easy. Stephen, Randy, Dwayne, and Shariff were all very kind and helpful. They never lost patience with me and the million questions that i had. Stephen even let me keep his stress ball i held the entire time haha, not that anything was stressful but again i was just a bit anxious. Overall i had an amazing experience buying my first new car at Sansone Jr’s. Everyone was very thorough and honest. I am recommending this place to me entire group of friends and family.

I have to let everyone know that i have had issues with my Kia Soul 2013 from the first day that I purchased it. In fact I did not drive it out of the parking lot because it had so many problems with it till present day. How ever on the bright side of this horror story I have ro say that Sansone Jr Kia has been trying there very best to take care of the problems that I inherited with this vehicle. Always polite, very accommodating and willing to make me a happy customer. Although they have not resolved the problems. They remain cool, calm and collective. I cannot be upset with anyone there. Will see how this episode end. To be continued...
