I had my car just yesterday from Toyota Santa Margarita! Aaron, the manager, and Austin, the salesperson, were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. They really took the time to help me find the exact car I wanted, including the color, and even arranged to bring it from LA for me. Everything was smooth and well-organized, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership!

Setting up an appointment online was quick and painless, so was the drop off process. The online portal was convenient to check on status and review documentation. I went in for a general inspection, tire rotation, and to top of any fluids/oil. Only thing I'd dock you guys on a little bit was the effort in the car wash could have been a little better (I still had bug remnants and dirt), but overall a very pleasant experience.
