Brought my truck in for warranty work. Excellent service provided by Eric and Rudy who promptly assisted me during a busy morning. Work was completed in a timely manner and I picked up my truck in spotless condition. Received fair pricing on a quote for an upcoming major service item for my truck as well. Brought my Ford F-250 in for a recall. Eric B. (Service Advisor) was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and all smiles. I was invited to wait for the service to be completed in the lounge. Coffee and doughnut holes are provided on a daily basis. I waited until Eric told me my recall was completed and he was thoughtful enough to have my truck washed before giving me back my key. Miguel salesman, Joaquin management and the setting are all on point! After the clowns in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles prices (to high), Future Ford in Fresno great guys just to far but SANTA MARIA FORD is my store. These guys didn’t hesitate to offer me a “fair” price which I believe in because that’s what feeds their families. They offered service, warranties etc very well without being pushy. The dynamic duo, “Miguel and Joaquin” are definitely my go to guys from now on. After trying to find the right deal with three other Ford stores I found a home for my money!
