0/10 do not recommend, bad business and false advertising! They lure in with a letter saying they will pay off your loan and can choose from 3,000 other vehicles. But what they actually do is only off you KBB Value for the car although the letter says they will pay off your loan from $7,500 up to $59,000. The dealer I worked with kept pushing a brand new car when I told him I wasn’t looking for brand new, but the more he talked the more he lead on to the fact it would be a better deal for the dealership not me. Apparently none of their used vehicles are actually good quality because every one I mentioned I saw online that I liked was nothing short of not a quality vehicle BUT the new cars were the only worthy car to purchase because at the end of the day it was going to be a better deal for the dealership and the salesman. So save yourself the trouble don’t go to this dealership find you one that doesn’t operate off of trying to make a deal off of false advertising!

Went for my 10 k oil and tire rotation. Only rotated FOUR TIRES, NOT FIVE. WHY DOES SERVICE KEEP GETTING WORSE YET YOUR PRICES GO UP???? Also, says he filled my washer fluid. WRONG. I DID IT MYSELF THE DAY BEFORE. He says he checked my rear windshield wiper.....I DONT HAVE ONE. Says they checked my spare, then why did water come out of the cover when I got it back? If he had checked the spare, he would have had to remove the cover. He didn't. Also, my wiper blade was unhooked when I left. GREAT QUALITY ASSURANCE! And they want me to replace my ENGINE AIR FILTER AT 9600 MILES. MANUAL SAYS 30-45 THOUSAND MILES. NOT 9K! ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY, NOT ONE CARE ABOUT SERVICE. Crappy service, if you can call it that .
