We recently searched the country for the best price on a 2026 Escalade Sport and found it at Sapaugh. Not only did we find a great deal, but we also found an amazing salesperson—Dylan Isaac. When it comes to sales professionals, Dylan is truly a diamond in the rough. From our very first conversation, he was straightforward, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He consistently provided useful and accurate information and was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, making the entire purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. But there's more. During one of our conversations, we were absolutely blown away when we learned Dylan's age. It's rare to find someone so young who possesses such extensive industry knowledge while also demonstrating genuine care and concern for the customer experience. My experience at Sapaugh was last year (2025), before the new Cadillac building was completed. I was met at the door by a very pleasant young man that just answered my questions, listened to what I really wanted in my new car, and did everything he could to make it the best “buying a new car experience” I’ve ever had. They didn’t have my specific vehicle and color preference on the lot, so he started looking for a dealership in the area that had one he could get for me. He did find one and worked the deal for me to get it! I appreciate the friendliness I get when I’m in there from the employees and the comfort of the waiting area to make my wait more pleasant! As long as they present themselves this way, I will always go to them for my new car experience!
