They are actually more knowledgeable than a few Tesla technicians I have spoken to in the past. I can't say enough about how great my interaction with this team has been. I tell everyone I know that is interested in purchasing a Tesla to go see them, you won't be sorry.

We had a horrible experience with this dealer. We tried twice to buy a vehicle. They have a bunch of Teslas. The first car was a Model S. When we went the car was dirty and had scratches and damages. The pictures online did show any of what was presented. The car was not charged so we could not test drive. Our second experience we were looking at a model 3. The car looked decent till we noticed the back glass was cracked. When we asked if they could fix, we were told the car is “as is”. The tire was flat on the car. All the vehicles were dirty and no effort was made to make the cars look presentable. It was a complete waste of time at this dealership.

Purchased 2 Tesla’s from Sam. Wonderful experience. Sam is very knowledgeable helpful and honest. The first day of having my Tesla i forgot i was in an electric car vs gas and miss judge how far i could go with the charge I had left. Long story short I ended up on the side of the road. I called Sam he answered offered assistance over the phone and when we wasn’t able to achieve the goal over the phone. He offered to pick it up on the side of the road fully charge it and deliver it to my home. Highly recommended
