I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Ceah and Corbin. Yesterday I traded in my Wagoneer and purchased the 85th Anniversary Grand Wagoneer, and the entire experience was beyond anything I’ve ever had at a dealership. Corbin did so much of the process with us over the phone before we even arrived, making everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. By the time we got to the dealership, we were only there for about two hours, which is unheard of when buying a vehicle, but the funny part is I wasn’t even ready to leave because I felt like I had already made friends with them. Ceah and Corbin made the whole experience feel personal, genuine, and exciting instead of just another transaction. They truly care about the people they’re helping. My boyfriend is actually a finance director at another dealership, so we both know how the car-buying process can be, and even he completely agreed that this experience was incredible from start to finish. Sarasota Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge is not your typical car dealership where you feel stressed, pressured or taken advantage of. This was the second new vehicle purchased from this dealer and it was an even better experience this time around. I went in for a 2 door hardtop Wrangler and they worked with me and got me into a more practical 4 door Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. I’m very happy with it and even more satisfied with the staff and management who got me the best possible deal.
