We lucked out one day when we quickly stopped in to Sarchione about 5 minutes before it closed. We met Arthur and he stayed after closing to get some information from us, including what we thought we wanted and our budget. He sent me info on possible cars in our budget and even came in to meet us at the dealership so we could test drive vehicles on his DAY OFF. He was honest, straight forward, personable and easy to work with. I'd feel comfortable to purchase another vehicle through Arthur. I'd send people to him without any hesitation. If you need a salesperson that is honest and easy to work with, Arthur is your guy!

I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. I have purchased two vehicles from the previous ownership and now one from the current dealer, so I expected the same level of trust and service I had experienced in the past. Before purchasing the truck, I specifically asked about the condition of the tires because they appeared questionable to me. I was told they would be fine through the end of summer, so I trusted that assessment and moved forward with the purchase. I work from home and drive very little, and within less than a week of owning the truck the front tire split due to severe dry rot and went completely flat (see photo). The vehicle had to be towed. The truck had around 28,000 miles and was equipped with Bridgestone Dueler tires, which are typically expected to last significantly longer than that under normal use. I ended up spending $1,024 replacing all four tires just to make the vehicle safe to drive, which is documented in the attached receipt. Considering how quickly this happened, it strongly suggests the tire condition already existed at the time of sale and should have been identified during the dealership inspection process. A tire failing from dry rot within a week of purchase also raises concerns about whether the vehicle’s safety inspection properly identified the condition of the tires before the vehicle was sold. I contacted the dealership hoping they would work with me toward some kind of resolution, especially since: • the issue occurred within the first week of ownership • it appears to be a pre-existing condition • I am a returning customer Unfortunately, I was directed to the tire manufacturer and roadside assistance instead. I would still be willing to resolve this directly with the dealership if they are willing to work with me toward reimbursement or partial assistance for the tire replacement, but this situation has been very disappointing given my history with the dealership.
