Stopped in to inquire about a used car. We met and dealt with Janine who was an absolute pleasure. She was extremely thorough and worked with us to get a deal done that we were both happy with. Staff and dealership go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Would definitely recommend stopping in for any and all vehicle needs.
I would give 10 stars if that was an option. What a wonderful experience dealing with the team at Sarnia Hyundai!! From Katie in sales, Tina in finance and Andrew - General Manager. (With honorable mention to Mike over at their Subaru dealership). I have also had great experiences with the service staff here too. Andrew went well above and beyond for me. Katie and Tina were both very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the contract details. All in all, they are a solid and friendly team who genuinely seem to care.
I had a really good experience at the Hyundai showroom in Sarnia today. The sales team was patient, honest, and easy to deal with. We almost finalized everything, but I had to cancel because the insurance cost was higher than I expected. They handled it very respectfully and didn’t pressure me at all. Just wanted to say thanks and leave a good review because they treated me well.
