I had a flat tire on my 2013 Hyundai’s old winter tires. I walked into the shop and chatted with James and Tanya. I decided to get new tires, so they gave me a variety of options. Tanya even provided quotes for studded and non-studded tires, keeping both options open. They gave me all the information I needed, allowing me to choose the best option for my vehicle. I booked my appointment for 2 days later. Once I arrived and dropped off my car, Nick was fantastic. He kept me updated throughout the day and I was able to pick it up near the end of my workday. He was incredibly attentive and detailed. I’m looking forward to working with the team again! Thanks so much for everything.

We were totally impressed that service advisor Hailey was able to setup an appointment the same day as we called in… as we live 275km away from the dealership. Megan was right on with the estimated time for the service. Both advisors were very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. James the GM provided answers to a few specific questions we had about our 2023 Outlander PHEV, he is very knowledgeable about Mitsubishi vehicles. The place that i had bought my well priced tires, couldn't install them at a good price or on schedule. As I drive an Outlander, I thought I'd try the dealer. 4 New tires,which I had purchased elsewhere, mounted and balanced. Very little waiting and 40$ cheaper than the other guy(🍁 Tire). I was informed by the service agent that the brake pads and rotors, which haven't been serviced since I bought the car at 30,000km now 150,000km, needed attention. I replied 'Do them all'. With the extra time needed, i was stuck waiting or returning at another time. Was graciously provided a free courtesy car for the day, No waitng, and back to work, no wasted hours. Nice car, a 2026 Eclipse,better looking than the previous model with the spoiler across the back. All in all, more maintenance than i had figured on, but the price was reasonable and the level of courtesy and service was great. Thanks much.
