I own a fleet vehicles and though I've never dealt with Saskatoon truck center before in my life I am no stranger to purchasing pre-owned work vehicles. Previous experiences don't compare to Saskatoon truck center. They specialize in work vehicles, they have impressed me and I need to share my experience with the world. I stopped in to buy a van last Thursday after finding the perfect van for my contracting business on their site. From the first phone call to driving it off the lot the whole process was efficient and the staff were awesome to deal with! Unfortunately a few days later I had noticed that the van wasn't going to meet my needs and that an honest mistake was made in the advertisement (definetly an honest mistake - it fooled me too!). While fearing being stuck with a $50000 vehicle that I might need to resell at a loss, I contacted Jaden with Saskatoon truck center and explained the situation. With ZERO hesitation he owned the misunderstanding and offered a complete refund. They had attempted to find a suitable replacement and unfortunately I found a more suitable vehicle elsewhere. Though I wish I could have supported them they totally understood and I had picked up a cheque for the full amount with no trouble at all same day. Their honesty and professionalism has astounded me and I'd highly recommend Saskatoon truck center to anyone. As I look to upgrade my fleet these guys will be my first stop and I know they'll win my business again one day!

I had a good experience with this company purchasing a cargo van for my business. Jaden was extremely responsive with all communication, and although I bought a vehicle sight unseen I was happy to find it was in excellent condition. He also took the time to try to help with another issue I was having with a different vehicle by speaking with his mechanics and making suggestions. I will recommend them to others.
