I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Tiguan thanks to Darryne and Jonell. Darryne was my sales person and she made sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted, including the specific exterior and interior colours and trim level I was looking for. She was very friendly, easy to work with, and made the entire process of buying a brand-new car smooth and enjoyable. Jonell, the finance manager, was also fantastic. He walked me through all the available packages, helped me secure the best possible price for my trade-in, and ensured I got a great deal on my new vehicle. Both Darryne and Jonell made the experience stress-free and straightforward. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend working with both of them.

My windshield wiper fluid wasn’t working and I took it to another shop who told me my module wasn’t working and I need to take it to VW. So I took my car into their shop on Monday at 9:15am because I needed a new module for my windshield wiper fluid to work. The mechanic there told me I needed a new pump. my old mechanic told me I didn’t, as they did a thorough search and tested the pump in and out of the vehicle and I had told VW about this. I informed them the morning when I dropped it off and they told me they would get it back to me by the end of the day. The diagnosis videos that I was sent by the VW team were gibberish and completely unintelligible. So I called them and they got back to me over an hour later and told me that it is the pump. So I called my old mechanic and double checked and called VW again to tell them it is in fact not, as the pump had been tested outside of the vehicle and worked thus making it an electrical issue. When I told VW this they told me they would give it to their service manager and get back to me shortly. This was at around 2:30pm. I did not receive word for the rest of the day. I called and left them a voice message about 40 minutes before close as I was very confused. The next morning I called them at 9:30am and they informed me that the assistant service manager would get back to me once they are done dealing with a customer. I don’t hear anything until 2:15pm when again I had to call them and ask. They then informed me that the service manager is in a meeting and will get back to me within the half hour. A whole hour later I called them as I hadn’t received word and the front desk told me that the manager is not in his office anymore and that they will call me back when they’re available (at this point I hadn’t had an update for 25 hours and my car had been there for 30). I never received a call on Tuesday as well. Wednesday morning I called again at 9:30Am and got the service manager and he told me “let me check with the assistant manager and the technician and I’ll call you back”. At this point I even tried the VW main branch and the hung up on me after saying goodmorning. I swear man you can’t make this up. Finally at 11:30 I went in and they told me that it’s the pump still and they were not changing their mind. I asked if they even tried to pull the lever to have the fluid spray as when you pull it the wipers don’t move(meaning it isn’t just the pump). And they said no. So I basically paid $170 to not have a car for 50 hours while they did a half assed diagnosis and didn’t help in the end. I also attached my diagnosis video for reference😐. They have since returned my money for the inspection!

Had a fantastic experience at Volkswagen Saskatoon! Darryn (sales) and Sydney (finance) were amazing. They made everything easy and made us feel at home. Can’t say enough good about these two ladies. It was so refreshing to have female reps and they were both very knowledgeable. Highly recommend, I absolutely love my Jetta!
