My husband and I choose Savannah Toyota to find a new car. On the day we walked in, we were greeted by Mikhail Melomed. He immediately put us at ease with his kind words and said he would love to assist us in our search. Throughout the entire process Mikhail genuinely listened and heard our requests, showing us the type of vehicles, their stats and costs. I believe Neal and I found the right vehicle because of Mikhail’s reservoir of experience in car sales and customer service. Savannah Toyota has a gem and his name is Mikhail Melomed!

My husband Robert and I had a very positive experience recently at Savannah Toyota purchasing a 2026 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. On the day we went to the dealership to inquire about a new car, salesman Mikhail Melomed opened the door for us and greeted us warmly and sincerely. From that moment forward, we knew we were in good hands. Mikhail is a true professional, completely knowledgeable, trustworthy and feel-good friendly. Robert and I felt that he worked to get us the car we wanted at the price we could afford. Michael Melomed earns an A plus!

As someone who hates getting any work done on their vehicle, I recently traded for a 4Runner. I love my 4Runner! I also love the service these people give. My man David Durnal, can’t say enough good things about. The first two oil changes I’ve gotten he has been the one I worked with. He’s not only professional, sociable, and thoughtful but he is thorough with everything! Any concern, he addressed. Any thoughts I had, he talked me through it. Any likes or dislikes about the vehicle, he was on it!! If I could give him 5 stars alone I would, but anyone in the service department I’ve talked to has been nothing but amazing. No one tops my man David though. So if you got concerns, or just want someone super knowledgeable about Toyota services, this is the man to go to! He turns something that isn’t fun to do into a pleasant experience with no extra BS!!! David, you’re amazing and probably one of the best reasons to get a Toyota!!! SAV Toyota, this man needs a raise, or at least a bonus!

My vehicle was towed to Savannah Toyota on the evening of May 15, 2026, after experiencing a tire blowout on the highway. An inspection was completed Saturday morning, and I was informed that the vehicle required a new tire, rim, and wheel lining/dust cover. I approved the recommended repairs that same morning. Following my approval, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my vehicle for the remainder of the day. And as a result I had to call out from work Monday morning. On Monday at approximately 12:30 PM, I contacted Savannah Toyota and spoke with a representative who advised me that my service advisor, Ms. Linda Guillo, would return my call shortly. I never received a return call. At approximately 3:00 PM that same day, I arrived at Savannah Toyota in person, only to be informed that Ms. Guillo was not at work and had been scheduled off for the day. This directly contradicted the information I had been provided earlier over the phone. After arriving, I was then told it would take approximately one additional hour to pull the vehicle into the shop and complete the repairs. During this time, I requested to retain my original rim. I was repeatedly informed that the rim had already been discarded, despite being told the work had only recently been completed. After further discussion, a supervisor eventually retrieved the rim from the shop, at which point it became evident that the damage did not appear to require full rim replacement. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the lack of communication and the conflicting information I received throughout this process.

We left feeling completely confident in our purchase and would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a smooth, trustworthy car-buying experience.
