Savings Auto Sales does nothing but deliver for me year after year. Weather I wanted to upgrade to a Luxury vehicle and having them replace that vehicle with a very specific request due to someone totaling out my vehicle. On a very short notice Jose always goes above and beyond to deliver Fabulous customer service. He always over delivered in ridiculously short time frames. Purchasing a vehicle remotely can be stressful due to many unknowns, but Savings Auto Sales and Jose made the entire experience very easy and rewarding, with integrity. I found the vehicle on-line at SAS in Phoenix AZ. I had been looking for this type of vehicle for months and was pleased to find the vehicle that fit my needs. It was clear from my first contact with Jose, that I need not have any concerns. Jose quickly and consistently responded to all my daily questions, texts, and emails during the entire purchase process. His responses were always complete. Jose anticipated any unusual questions related to my out-of-state purchase. He was flexible regarding my evolving requests, including my last minute decision to fly to Phoenix and pick up the vehicle. Upon the arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was as advertised, clean, fairly priced, and with new replacement tires, ready to safely travel! I am pleased with my purchase of my Toyota Tacoma, and the entire purchase with the Savings Auto Sales staff!

So my story started out when my Ford Focus radiator blew up and the car, being a 2008 model, with other issues was declared dead. So I started looking for another car and being carless while looking for a car really sucks I called around and nobody had what I wanted A Honda civic or accord for around $8500.00 out the door. Nobody I talked to had anything below $11000.00. Then I called Savings Auto Sales I talked to Jose and he seemed nice and had three cars in my price range 1 Honda civic 1 Honda accord and 1 Toyota Camry. I ended up getting the 2012 Honda Civic with 140,000 miles for $8200.00 out the door. Very nice car clean inside and out. I had my car mechanic check out the car before I bought it and he gave the thumbs up. Only this work are the wiper fluid doesn’t squirt and A/C needs a recharge. Jose was really good about leaving the car while it was being checked. So I decided to buy it. At the office I met Laura who walked me through the paperwork and listened to my story as we did the paperwork. All paperwork was done. License, Registration, plates everything. Both Jose and Laura were very easy to work with and I recommend checking them out first when you need a car

I definitely recommend this dealership! Very honest business and high integrity. I bought a car from them and around 4 days later my the car didn't want to start. I called to see if they could help me as it hadn't even been a week yet since buying it, and they immediately stepped up to help. Turns out there was something wrong with the starter. They immediately stepped in to help and sent a mechanic all the way to Tempe and got it fixed and running. I feel like any other dealership would just leave you on your own after the sale, but they stepped up, took responsibility, and made it right. They really proved to be a very good dealership and I would definitely recommend making business with them. Huge thank you to Jose, Luis, and Cesar, I really appreciate you all!
