The Wrangler I wanted was at their Gengras location in East Hartford, and he worked quickly and efficiently to get it shipped to Fairfield. From starting the process to driving away in the vehicle was less than 36 hours, which was incredible. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything was. Maikel gave me an extremely strong deal right from the first offer, and there was no haggling or unnecessary back-and-forth. He was professional, accommodating, and made the experience feel simple and enjoyable. Rami in finance was also excellent. He was professional, efficient, clear, and made the paperwork process quick and stress-free. He explained everything well without dragging things out or making the process feel overwhelming. Went to this dealership today to purchase a new vehicle. I had an 11:00 appointment, so I decided to walk around the lot and check out the vehicles beforehand. At no point was I approached or asked if I needed assistance. I eventually went into the customer service area and waited to be helped, but not a single person acknowledged me. Employees walked right past me while standing around in a group looking over at me, yet no one bothered to ask if I needed any assistance. Definitely not the level of customer service I was expecting, and clearly, sales and service are not their top priority so I decided to take my service needs elsewhere. It was my first time looking to purchase a Jeep, so they definitely didn't leave a good impression.

We originally came to this dealership to look for a Jeep Wrangler, in which Maikel found 2 exact matches to what we were looking for, quickly turned around pricing, and then helped also seek a 2nd option for a Grand Cherokee, in which he searched throughout the state and found a perfect match for what we were looking for. Pricing came in exactly as we were looking for and anticipating and we moved forward with trading in a vehicle and buying a Grand Cherokee!
