Thank you Johnny for the great service. We went to many different dealerships before, and honestly a lot of the salespeople seemed impatient. But when we walked into Scarborough Mitsubishi, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They quickly arranged Johnny to help us. He explained everything very patiently and clearly, and never made us feel rushed. In the end, we successfully bought a car that our whole family really loves. We absolutely love the color of the car, and the features inside are amazing too. Such an amazing experience! If I could leave 20/10 I would. We went to Newmarket Mitsubishi as it was closer to us but the customer service had much to desired. Obviously they were not interested in making sale. My husband stopped by accident by the Scarborough dealer and from the minute he cross the threshold … his experience had changed. He called me to say that we need to see that dealership. First, he spoke to this amazing manager Paul Micallet who put him in touch with Johnny Nguyen. The rest is an ancient history. We decided to give the chance to. So grateful for all their help. They made us feel like we were the only customers there. The service and help we got, was incredible! We end up purchasing our Outlander there without any pressure! The whole experience was incredible. We would never made our purchase if those wonderful people didn’t take their times to help us.
