(March 21, 2026) Trade up from my leased Army Green RAV4 Trail edition to a preowned 4Runner Limited in Barcelona Red. I am a real customer and was not given any promotions, incentives or asked to write this review. This was my real experience, having been a Toyota owner of various models for more than 25yrs with other Toyota dealerships. Being a fair distance away from the dealership (3hrs away) did not in any way diminish my purchase so don’t let that hold you back if you’re not close to this dealership. Once it was time to exchange vehicles and sign the paperwork, it was a very organized and smooth operation despite being so busy. Big thanks to Shak (sorry if misspelled) for being the first to help me by demonstrating and setting up my new-to-me vehicle and organizing plate switch etc. 4Runner was immaculately detailed inside and out and everything was done inside the service section of the building so I did not have to be outside in the weather. Vehicle was ready, on time and with a full tank. Sara and Shelley in Finance are a great team and when things got too busy for Sara, Shelly took over and got me signed up and paperwork completed exactly as negotiated- no surprises and no “add ons”. These two ladies are amazing! Big shout out to GM, Matt who runs a very tight ship and was a great help to me. Even though the dealership is under construction for improvements, everyone was doing their job effectively and the place is very clean, inviting and well laid out. Just need more visitor parking! Would I travel again 3hrs to get another Toyota from this dealership? 100% yes and I have no hesitation recommending them. If I was closer I’d definitely use their maintenance services as what I saw from the vehicle exchange, it’s equally clean, organized and efficiently operated. This dealership truly embodies the Toyota “Kaizen” philosophy and overall, exemplifies customer service excellence at all stages.
