# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews, with salespeople like Larry and Kyle frequently praised for their patience, professionalism, and fair pricing, while the service department faces consistent criticism for poor accountability, unresponsive management, and mishandled customer issues. Customers report problems ranging from vehicle condition misrepresentation and lost parts to unresolved warranty concerns and inflated service pricing, with management reportedly becoming defensive rather than resolving disputes.
I want to thank Larry for all his help with the purchase of our first car. He helped me find a Kia Sportage in excellent condition and within my budget. He showed me many options, explained everything with patience, and also gave me great benefits that made the experience even better. Thanks to his support, we now have our first car and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Larry 100%!
Stay away from this dealership, misrepresents condition of vehicles, Jeff Adkins was unprofessional and the owners and general manager are unresponsive. Why have a contact us and email listed if you won’t reply? Office manager was of no help and unwilling to help when I had a few questions as I ran into a title issue as I am out of state and bought the vehicle while visiting family in the area. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to hear from management about my concerns with the vehicle or unprofessionalism of the sales staff. The only bright spot to this dealership is Larry he was able to help me secure another temp tag while I was getting the title issue straightened out. Of course I had to remind him about it a couple weeks later but he did get me what I needed. Within 500 miles of driving had to replace wheel bearing and front brakes and rotors.
UPDATED REVIEW: I originally left 2 sttar review, but after how this has been handled, I’m updating it to 1 star, because the situation has only gotten worse. Let’s be clear: this all started because the service department lost my lug nut key during a repair and never returned it. That is an essential part of my vehicle. Because of that, I was later unable to get my tires serviced, which cost me additional time, money, and stress trying to replace something that never should have gone missing. Instead of taking accountability, I was given excuses, told there was “nothing they could do,” and at one point it was even implied that it could somehow be my children’s fault.....which is completely unacceptable because my kids dont get into ny car! The key was there before the repair. It was gone after. That responsibility falls on the shop. Now let’s talk about the follow-up because that’s where this really went downhill. I was asked by Kyle to reach out , and to be fair, I did reach out initially and then never heard another word back. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing. The only response I ended up getting was after I contacted the salesman I originally worked with and that response was a phone call telling me the dealership no longer wanted to do business with me because of this review. So instead of resolving a mistake this service department made, they chose to ignore communication and then refuse service altogether. On top of that, I was quoted $300–$800 for tires which is significantly higher than wlhat I can get elsewhere.... all while still refusing to fix the issue the shop created in the first place. At the end of the day, this isn’t about one mistake, things happen. It’s about how you handle it. And in this case, there was no accountability, no resolution, and no respect for a paying customer. Sales may still be fine, but the service department and management response have been extremely disappointing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution.
Small town dealer that is very welcoming. Kyle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Bought a Chrysler Pacifica, the price was right on par. They even gave me a fair value for my trade in. No hassle, No fuss, No hidden fees, went above and beyond in finding the best interest rate. I will definitely be back again. Thanks Kyle. April 2026 S. Appleman.
Purchased my Jeep from Larry back in August, 2 weeks after took it back to have the Stop Start function fixed. Told me function would not work if the heater was on (BS). Although the error read battery charging. (Battery or sensor issue) Just went back today for oil change, and have them once again look at fixing the Stop Start, only to be told it's the battery and I should have brought it back sooner!!! Seriously, I did!! Guy said, it did not code at that time. I told them I have a warranty, of course now, battery is not covered! This service dept. Is terrible and I will NEVER go back there! To bad for the sales department, this crap makes them look like liars!
