I hate leaving bad reviews. I feel the need to help other people avoid what I went through. I will never understand why travelers insurance uses this place as a preferred body shop. That’s why I chose them. The people that work up front are helpful. Tammy was absolutely terrible as my original adjuster. Literally has no clue what she is talking about and told me she didn’t see what I was talking about when I brought up my concerns. Chris the manager then took over my case. He tried to help. He acknowledged the damage and said the work was not properly done, but things were already pretty bad at this point. I brought my car to Schaller for a fender repair. My 2022 vw golf r , They botched the first repair terribly used an after market fender that did not line up properly with body line. Paint blend was absolutely terrible , looked a different color and the clear coat had drips. I then brought it back to have them replace the aftermarket fender with an oem fender so my cars fender didn’t look so out of place. ( looked like it was for a different car) They did this but then blended the paint again horribly and added new drips in other places with the clear coat along with some contaminants under the paint on the hood. So I brought back for a third time and asked for the car to be fixed properly again job was botched. Overspray on rims damaged my rocker panel along with more drips in paint and clear coat. I am now stuck with a car that has a horrible paint job, I am actively going through my insurance to figure out a way to get this fixed properly. I asked Chris to set up a meeting with the owner so I can figure out the best way to handle this and I have heard nothing. I have been back a total of FIVE times each time let down more, and left with more or different damage in other places on my car. I am left with a damaged car and on my own. I would avoid this place at all costs. I will leave this up until I receive a call from the owner and this is resolved like a professional body shop should. Until then I am convinced this shop is incapable of repairing a vehicle properly. Don’t go ,don’t support ,and avoid at all cost. I will be adding more photos of the damage I am left to deal with when I get an extra moment.

When my grandfather called me telling me he backed up into my car, my pride and joy, my heart dropped. Thanks to Schaller Autobody it looks brand new again. I just got it back today and hope I’m not jumping the gun leaving this review but it looks AMAZING and functions as if nothing happend to it. They kept me updated every single day for the past three weeks. Leah in customer service was awesome and they got me a nice rental from enterprise on the spot and even took care of the return for me. It was such a smooth and easy process which definitely lowered my initial stress levels! Highly recommend and would definitely return (hopefully won’t need to though of course!) Thank you SO MUCH !

I have unfortunately had two accidents in the past two months. My experience with Geico and Schaller has been phenomenal. They made everything so easy, coordinated my rental car, stayed in close contact via text, and completed the work timely. I would highly recommend Schaller!

Excellent service and my vehicle looks brand new! Thank you Chris and entire team for being Efficient, keeping me updated, and taking & returning my endless calls. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend to Schaller to my friends & family

horrendous. I had purchased my vehicle from schaller Subaru and Ive always had great service there. so this is specifically about their body shop. got into an accident mid Feb with back end damage. we're almost in June, and car still isn't completely fixed. they had my car for a month and a half (which I paid $1500 during that time for a car rental) when i got my vehicle back the bumper didn't fit correctly and my blind spot indicator didn't work still. turns out they used an after market cheaper bumper that isn't compatible with my blind spot even though my insurance company paid them for an original bumper. and my tail light and license plate light was still out. so I brought it back (this time they gave me a loaner so at least no rental but still inconvenient having to bring it back) get it back and blind spot is only working on one side. and tail light and license plate light still out. so I bring it back. finally fix the blind spot indicator but my tail light and license plate light is still out. and there's a new small scratch on my car and some paint chipped. i decided to not bring my vehicle back there for the tail light or license plate light and just pay out of pocket because this has gotten so incredibly ridiculous i want nothing to do with their body shop ever again. I never write reviews but felt it necessary to warn future consumers.. Do NOT go there. the only positive I can say is the lady at the front desk was amazing, very kind and patient.
