Brandon by far created THE BEST car buying experience hands down. He was very attentive to my wife’s questions and concerns in the car buying process. I appreciated his great personality and never felt pressured at all in the sale. He should be a sales trainer or mentor to new salesman. The dealership itself goes out of the way to create a great car buying experience. It was a very nice relaxed car buying experience. And trust me I have had some bad ones. I’d like to give special thanks to our sales manager who guided us through the entire process — you can tell they truly care about helping you find the right car, not just making a sale. Everything, from features to paperwork, was explained clearly and without any pressure. Also, a big thank you to the manager of the dealership — it’s obvious the team is well-organized, works professionally, and genuinely cares about customers, which you can feel in the details. In the end, we drove away in a car we’re completely happy with, and with the feeling that we made the right choice not just with the car, but with the place we bought it from. I wish I can get them 10 STARS, I bought my preowned vehicle and got shipped to my address in New York with almost ZERO issues. They are professional, keep their words, flexible and more importantly compensate if thing happens (fairly and reasonably). I had my deals based on their promises and provided pictures/videos of the vehicle and couldn't be more smoother.
