Brought my daughter’s Sierra AT 4 pickup truck to Ryan and his team, they did an amazing job powder coating, and lifting the truck for us, communication was excellent, received exactly what we were promised in the timeframe given. Really disappointed with our experience we had with the finance department, David Rodriguez. They kept our original plate and David Rodriguez assured us we would not have to worry about a thing regarding getting a new one. 3 months and 3 temporary plates later, we have to file a police report for a “missing” plate because they kept our original plate and lost it. He hasn’t returned our phone calls and we can’t believe we’re in this mess and paid him to do this part in purchasing our QX80. Janet in customer service has been amazing to work with through all this mess but I’d avoid working with David Rodriguez at all costs.

I am not much on car dealers, I have never purchased a car from a dealer so this was my first experience as I was getting a Subaru for my daughter, from the start I was not feeling the love, we walked a lot for 20 minutes and then finally had to go in to get somebody. I was a little thrown off by that but once I walk through the door and met Daniel, everything changed, the atmosphere was great they were a great bunch of guys, they were all cool the manager even put on my favorite band in the world because he also enjoyed it so it was playing through the dealership, it really felt special. So as we wrapped everything up the next day, paid for everything, turn the sound down the car was not detailed like it should have been, had to wait two extra hours that was unfortunate as they were very busy, and I'm impatient by nature but that was not their fault. In the end once it was all done and clean ,the car was beautiful. They did everything they said they would do and then some. So all in all even with the waiting I gave them five stars cuz they were a hell of a bunch of group of guys. If you are looking for a car, try here first, you won't be disappointed....
