I brought my 2014 Honda Accord to Schumacher Chevrolet Buick of Booton Auto Body Shop to repair two damaged doors on my passenger side and the finished product came out perfectly. Mike and Tony who run the shop are extremely professional and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I would highly recommend their work for anyone in need of auto body repairs.

Service Advisor Ryan Korver went above and beyond while handling warranty work on my C8. He accommodated the vehicle on short notice and kept me informed with transparent, consistent communication throughout the repair. While the timeline was extended due to parts availability, I had complete confidence the job would be done correctly. Professional, responsive, and thorough. Exactly what you want when dealing with a major repair.

Very pleasant buying experience. Vinny was very personable while being helpful and handled all the paperwork with ease. Charles (finance mgr) walked us through the process and didn’t try and add any extras. I paid what they advertised which was a breath of fresh air. I definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle at Schumacher Chevy. They are honest, helpful and love what they do.

Not impressed with the service department, while very polite, three times now I’ve made morning appointments for simple oil changes with tire rotations, dropped off the truck in the am to be picked up in the afternoon, truck wasn’t ready after giving them over 5hrs to do the work. What’s the point of the appointment if I’m still going to wait an extra 30mins for the truck to be ready. I think it’s time to find a new service center.
