I recently bought my very first vehicle at Schumacher of Clifton. It also happened to be my dream truck the Chevy Silverado Custom Trail Boss. I have dreaded going to a dealership as I've had some really poor experiences in the past, the overly pushy salesman who is just out to take you over the coals for the biggest commission possible. My experience at Schumacher of Clifton was the best I could have ever hoped for, my salesman Axel was straight forward and nothing less than helpful and in no way pushy or overbearing. The sales manager Joe Mastbeth was so helpful and really went out of his way to work with me and get me the best deal possible. These two gentleman are top notch and nothing less than two of the most personable and professional people I've ever come across. Great experience, everything was upfront with no hard sell. No bait and switch, no pressure to go into a lower or higher model than the one I was looking for. Went to three dealerships (GMC, Toyota, and Schumacher Chevrolet) and Schumacher was the best all around. They wanted to sell me the truck I wanted and made sure it happened on my terms.
