I am a college student who started a car detailing business in high school. I was looking to buy a new personal/second work truck. My experience getting this truck was definitely rocky at first. I believe this was because I’m a young guy, and they likely assumed I was just kicking the tires and looking for a joyride. However, that wasn’t the case. Getting a purchase agreement was a challenge because they doubted my ability and intent to buy, insisting on loan approval before moving forward. They also said that a signed purchase agreement would not mean that they have to hold the vehicle for me?! A purchase agreement is in fact a legally binding agreement by both parties (see photos). At the time, it was extremely frustrating. That said, after some reflection, I can understand their perspective given my age. Fortunately, this truck has been an incredible purchase for both my business and personal use. I’d love to share some photos after making some tasteful and much-needed upgrades. Hopefully, they’ll see this and continue to be cautious with young tire kickers, but also show more understanding and respect for those of us who are genuinely serious about making a big purchase. 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat Special Edition 5.0 V8. Upgrades: 2.5 inch Leveling kit, 34” Goodyear Duratrac RT Kevlar tires, magnaflow muffler (not insanely loud, just a nice upgraded tone and some more volume), front ceramic window tint, full paint correction and System X ceramic coating, K&N cold air intake (adds a little bit more nice engine sounds), new black plate not pictured) Thank you.

I purchased a used vehicle, as is, on Friday February 6th. By that same afternoon on my way home, the dash lit up with lights and flashing lightning bolts and the vehicle put itself into limp mode. I stopped back in, and they offered to help me by giving me pennies on the dollar for what I just bought for trade value towards another car. I learned the hard way that they will do anything to make a buck, including selling a car that they knew clearly should have been auctioned versus sold to a local customer. I get it, the vehicle was as is, but seriously not a smart business decision to sell that car. Not sure who made that call but that bad karma is on you. I'm very fortunate that it didn't knock me totally off my feet, if it was a low income family they sold this to I'd hate to imagine what that would have done to them. You're welcome Montevideo, I took one for the team lol! Lived, learned, won't buy here ever again, and, I'll tell all my friends why! In response to their response, there were no tax etc savings. I was charged 300.00 in taxes and fees on my original purchase, and the trade up to a vehicle that was 1000.00 more than the one I purchased was close to 600.00. That was straight up used car salesman double talk.

Brian B. is an excellent car salesman!!! Zero pressure, I told him what I was looking for and he delivered, quite literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. The finance manager also was AMAZING!!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, thanks again!!!

Pick-up and drop-off was super convenient for me to not have to miss work time. Friendly staff. They did the job I asked and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. I’ll bring my car there again!

I would be very careful buying a used vehicle from Schwieters Ford I bought a 2012 F150 from them 7 months ago a engine light came on so I brought it in to get it fixed and then they told me that the truck that I bought the engine is shot and now it's my problem. I'm on social security and can't afford to replace the engine so I'm stuck with a 7000 dollar paperweight
