Best Experience! I’ve purchased a few vehicles over the years, and this is the first time I can truly say I was genuinely impressed. We never felt pressured at any point. Dave (our salesperson) walked us through everything in detail, made sure we were comfortable and happy at every step, and went above and beyond to get us driving the vehicle as soon as everything was ready. If you’re in the market for a new or used car, you’re in great hands here. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, fun to talk to, patient, and completely focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. On another note, we purchased a 2025 Hyundai Tucson N-Line HEV and couldn’t be happier. The drive is incredibly smooth and quiet, and the hybrid system is so seamless you barely notice it working, except when you’re parked and realize how silent everything is. The styling is next level, and the technology? You won’t be missing a thing; it’s loaded with features. (And trust me—get the warranty. With all that tech, it’s worth it! You never know when something will go wrong!)

I have been a customer of Hyundai since they opened their dealership in Oshawa Ont in 1983 and I must say after buying 7 cars from Hyundai since their coming to Canada when it was time to buy my 8th car I turned to Scotia Hyundia in Amherst. The staff especially Ryan Brown,Noah Brown and Ashley could not have been more helpful.They treated me with respect and helped me throughout the whole process.So if anyone is buying a new car this is the place to go and the people to see I garentee you will not be disappointed. We are from Halifax, NS and were on our way to PEI to visit our daughter when we started to experience vehicle issues with our Santa Fe. We called Scotia Hyundai late on a Friday afternoon, and Gareth Bibby (Fixed Operations Manager) agreed to take a look at our vehicle. Turned out our engine needed to be replaced (under recall thankfully), and Gareth was fantastic with the entire process. While it would make best sense to have our engine replaced at a dealership closer to Halifax, we developed a very quick trust with Gareth, and had our vehicle towed back to Scotia Hyundai for the engine replacement. From arranging a car rental for us, to keeping us updated on the engine status, he has by far offered us the best customer service we have ever experienced with our vehicle! We cannot say enough good things about the service Gareth and Scotia Hyundai provided! If and when we are looking to purchase a new vehicle, we would make the 2 hour trip to Amherst to buy one!!

Michelle Griffin is absolutely amazing at what she does, and you can tell she loves doing it!! When I thought all hope was lost and almost gave up, she kept me motivated. I was ready to walk away and she said "we can work with this, stay tuned.." and I didn't think I'd ever hear back from her but she got in touch with me and said her and her team figured it out. They took me out of my lemon and put me in a brand new Hyundai Tucson. I'm excited to say I'm a proud member of team Michelle and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to Sterling, who is amazing and fast in the financial part, (even when his mouse won't click) Ryan, who figured out a way around the obstacles, and the amazing Michelle who kept me in line, answered my questions and addressed my concerns and kept me going when I "needed a friend", you truly are one in a million.
