On May 7, 2026, I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Trail Boss from Scott Drummond Motors in Campbellford. I dealt with salesman Ken Garneau and found him to be honest, transparent, very straightforward, and a man of integrity. Ken explained every step of the process clearly and thoroughly. His pricing was fair, and he was extremely knowledgeable regarding the features and options of the truck. Most importantly, the truck was ready exactly as promised. I strongly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a new GMC or Chevrolet, you make the trip to Scott Drummond Motors in Campbellford. While there, seek out Ken Garneau — he will not disappoint.

Absolutely shit service. Bought a brand new truck 2 years ago. Obviously have to use them for all maintenance or it voids the warranty. Not 1 damn time have I gone for my "scheduled appointment" and not had to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for a damn oil change. I am so thankful im at my 100,000km warranty so I can now go elsewhere. If you don't mind being told to bring your vehicle in at a selpecific time and waiting for 2 hours for a oil change and have and being treated like you have no life, definitely go there. Absolute joke

The Service Team at Scott Drummond are amazing! They are courteous, open, honest and act with integrity; standing behind their work and doing what’s right to take care of their customers!!! My Colorado needed service to its DEF system and the costs were seemingly rising with each issue addressed, only resulting in another and more costly problem being identified. Rather than being satisfied with just passing those costs along to their customer, another technician stepped in to assist and the team identified the true root cause of the issue, saving me potentially thousands of dollars in repair costs. Not only that, the team at Scott Drummond also waived nearly all of the parts and labour on the work that was performed before identifying the real problem with my vehicle. My thanks to the entire Service Department but especially to Rhonda, who kept me updated every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with!

I would like to say thank you so much for the service department (Cassidie, Rhonda and Mike) My wife didn’t have a proper appointment, and mixed up my appointment date but they still were incredibly helpful, and got me on track in a speedy time. I would like to hope the owner sees this review because they’re very good at what they do, and the service is what keeps me coming back. Thanks again for all the help even with the mix up guys!

My wife and I largely look after our GM family fleet of vehicles using our well equipped shop having a dealership type hoist. The moment we are outside of our skillset, we go straight to Scott Drummond Motors. Rhonda, Mike, and Cassidie are all awesome as service consultants. This is a team of people who work cohesively in a spirit of cooperation with the technicians who actually work on our vehicles. Drummond's are always looking to have our back even when we think we are out of warranty. Most recently, their investigation into a 171 OBD code which we had identified in our shop, was determined to be caused by a sticking purge valve in the EVAP system. On a 2018 Encore with 128K on it, we asked for an estimate to replace the failing part only to be told that GM extended the warranty on the part to 10 years or 190K. In light of this, there was no charge for the diagnostics, no charge for the new OEM part and no charge for the labor to install the part. Our experience at Drummond's is that whether it is warranty work, a recall situation, or just paying for repairs, these are great people to work with in having repairs carried out in a professional and cost effective manner. Even on tires Drummond's has a price match policy.
