Scoville-Meno Chevrolet GMC

These people are scam artists and lie. The assistant manager, Christine, told me the car had been purchased brand new by her daughter and was in excellent condition, but the daughter had another child and needed something bigger. She and the sales person Amber were very excited to sell this car to a single lady like me because they wanted to take care of their community, they thought I was so lucky to get this Outback. They were my best friends until they had my check. The tire light was on when I looked at the car and Amber had promised to have the problem fixed. The light was off when I picked the car up, but when I was about a mile from home it came back on. I called the dealership and they did not want to fix the problem. Christine and Amber would no longer talk to me and Todd the manager is a bully, yelling that I signed the paper and it did not matter what they promised to me. The car has needed new wheel bearings and has electrical issues. My mechanic feels certain they had to knew about the issues and says the car had three previous owners. The car has needed about $2000 in repairs to run, and Jake Scoleville gave me $300 toward the problem. He would never give me a chance to talk, and like Todd the manager, kept screaming in the phone that I signed the paper. Every time I tried to explain what happened, he would cut me off and say, "Can I speak," But he would never let me finish a sentence yet acted like I was the rude person! These people are evil. They are worse than common criminals because they lack the courage to face the law and instead scam people in legal ways but are still blatantly dishonest. Maybe I signed the paper, but they lied and lied and lied. They think they are sharks, but they are parasites on their community and make the world an uglier place.

Amber was very helpful as a salesperson. She wasn't pushy and seemed to be very in tune with what I was looking for. She and her coworker worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. I feel comfortable going to Bainbridge Scoville Meno.

Such a good experience Bradley was an amazing sales person and Christina was so fast with the pricing and help. they’re all so fast at what they do!! 10/10 experience my car was so clean and the process was fast. The customer service skills were great and the sweetest people overall. Will be going to them again!
