# Summary The service department receives praise for professionalism, responsiveness, and quality work, with customers highlighting genuine care and quick turnaround times on repairs. However, the sales department and service quality have drawn criticism regarding vehicle preparation standards, incomplete repairs, and initial communication delays, though management has shown willingness to address issues when contacted.

We purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from this dealership on May 18th after finding it online with no photos listed. We were searching for a Jeep to become part of our business fleet, so we called for more information. The staff was excellent over the phone, answered our questions, and had most of the paperwork ready by the time we arrived. The process was quick, straightforward, and honestly seemed almost too good to be true. In fact, I was so impressed with the buying experience that I even offered to create a custom artwork piece for them to display in their showroom. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself was where our experience started to change. During the test drive, I noticed the Jeep had not been cleaned very well. I was told their "extreme detailers" only came in a couple of days per week and that this was the best they could do at the time. Since it was a used vehicle, I figured I'd give it a chance and see what I could clean up myself. Fast forward a few weeks, and I've spent roughly $500 on cleaning supplies, restoration products, and even a replacement grille to get the Jeep where it should have been cosmetically. All the plastic was faded. The previous owner left black adhesive all over it, when removing it the paint started to chip away. While working through the vehicle, I discovered the entire truck area was covered in paint overspray splatter, the passenger-side wheel well liner had been cut in half, and a component connected to the sway bar disconnect system appeared to have been ground down or modified. When I reached out to the salesperson about these concerns, I was essentially given the standard "that's typical for a used vehicle" response. While I understand a used vehicle won't be perfect, some of these issues should have been addressed, disclosed, or caught during inspection and detailing. The buying process itself was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the vehicle and the lack of follow-up support after the sale left us disappointed. We had originally planned on returning to purchase a Wrangler Unlimited from them as well, but ultimately decided to order one elsewhere and will be picking it up this weekend. Overall, I'd rate the sales experience highly, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting any used vehicle before signing and not relying solely on the dealership's detailing or inspection process.

I can't say enough good things about the service team at this dealership. I was traveling from North Carolina to New York to help care for my grandparents and celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday when the start-stop warning light came on in my vehicle. Being hundreds of miles from home, I immediately worried that my car might break down and leave me stranded before I could reach my family. From the moment I arrived, Shannon and Dave treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. They understood the situation and made me feel like more than just another customer. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and it helped turn a very stressful situation into a reassuring one. I also want to recognize Frank Beader, the technician who worked on my vehicle. Knowing that someone took the time to thoroughly inspect and repair my car gave me confidence to continue my trip safely. When you're far from home and worried about making it to family, that peace of mind means everything. Thank you Dave Grover, Service Manager, and the General Manager, for leading a team that clearly cares about both the quality of their work and the people they serve. What touched me most was Shannon's follow-up message after my visit. She told me that their job was simply to make sure I got there safely. Those words meant a lot because getting there wasn't just about reaching a destination, it was about being there for my grandparents and celebrating a milestone birthday with my grandmother. Because of this team's professionalism, expertise, and compassion, I was able to continue my journey with confidence. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a service department that truly cares about its customers.

I own my own landscaping business and for the first time waited until last minute to get my truck fixed. I called in and made an appointment for my valve cover gasket and driver exhaust manifold to be replaced and they set it for a Tuesday morning. I dropped it off a day early at 12:30 pm. I was notified an hr later that the truck went through inspection and I needed another part replaced. They quoted me to have the truck finished and picked up the next day. 3 hrs later I got a call saying the truck was ready for pickup. Full replacement of manifold, steering rod and valve cover seal in under 4 hrs exceeded my expectations. This was the first time using this place and I will be going back. They didn’t know me but made me feel like I was top priority. Maybe it was me explaining I need the truck for work and can’t afford for it to be down long or they are just that good. Highly recommend this place !

This place WILL NOT CALL ME BACK!!! I'm extremely frustrated!!! So I live in Cleveland but I've been driving to Taylor PA for work. On my long drive to Taylor, my check engine light came on. I decided to take it to the Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership to have it looked at. They fixed the truck by replacing the radiator fan control module and shroud. I was very grateful. Unfortunately about 2 hours into my 6 hour drive back home to Cleveland, my truck started to overheat! I immediately pulled over to see what was going on. I come to find out, the service department didn't tighten my radiator cap completely! Coolant leaked and sprayed EVERYWHERE IN MY ENGINE BAY!!! It completely soaked and ruined the filter on my cold air intake as well! I was stranded on the side of the highway for over an hour with the nearest gas station/auto parts store 14 miles from the location of my overheating truck. I then had to buy 2 gallons of generic "universal" coolant, as it was all they had. Over the past 4 business days, I've called the dealership and left SEVERAL messages for the service manager AND the general manager. Neither have responded nor called me back yet. All I want is to be able to take the truck in to them so they can flush that generic coolant out of the cooling system and replace it with the factory recommended kind. Since I'm only in town Monday through Thursday and I drive back home for the weekends, its kind of a time sensitive issue. Hence my frustration. *UPDATE* 38 minutes after posting this review, the service manager finally reached out to me. He was very courteous and professional. He scheduled me to come in the next day so they could flush out my cooling system, clean my engine bay, wash the truck, and reimburse me for the generic coolant that I had to buy. They did a good job. I understand that mistakes happen and that people get busy and cannot respond or call someone back right away, but having to call 8 or 9 times and leaving 5+ messages and voicemails to finally get a hold of someone that was able to help me was a little frustrating. I'll be changing my 1 star to a 3 star rating overall. I do appreciate Dave for finally reaching out.

I think it’s a little ridiculous how I paid almost 200$ for a diagnostic for them to tell me I had a throttle body issue after telling them my car wasn’t running over 20 mph. I chose to not fix it at the dealership because of the price & chose to fix the issue somewhere else. The mechanic I took it to did the work & it was NOT the throttle body. I needed a whole new fuse box & for how quick the diagnostic was I felt like the techs completely guessed on what was wrong with the car. So how is it that I pay for a service & said service isn’t done properly? Kind of ridiculous. Would’ve expected more from an almost 200$ diagnostic
