It’s been three months since I bought my first Mazda, so I think it’s finally time to leave a review about this place. I have feedback about the car search, the purchasing process, the car itself, and also the service department. While searching for a car, I test drove more than 20 vehicles at over five dealerships in my area. First of all, I want to mention exactly what another customer wrote in a review below — absolutely no pressure from the salesperson, endless patience, and genuine attention to my needs from Jay M. He truly deserves the highest rating! He handled an incredible number of my questions and requests with professionalism and calmness. He’s clearly someone who is dedicated to his work and does not rely on manipulation when working with customers. I appreciate that very much. We narrowed it down to a few options, and then finally — I saw her. The car I had been looking for! As for the actual process: we inspected the car, completed the paperwork, and I drove it home. Now about the service department: I came in for an oil change after 5,000 miles and received a full inspection along with fixes for a few minor issues under warranty. I also had questions about the software system, and Nick addressed every single one of my concerns. Thank you! P.S. I purchased a used car.

I’ve been doing business with Seacoast Mazda since 2008, mostly for service, and I’ve purchased my last two vehicles from them. Overall, I’ve had positive experiences and continue to return because they take care of their customers. The delivery process moved quickly, and it would have been nice to go over the vehicle features in a bit more detail, but everything else was seamless
